Rip City Mushrooms cultivates gourmet oyster mushrooms from locally brewed spent beer grains. With a deep commitment to Portland’s love of local and fresh food, sustainability, business collaboration, and innovation, Rip City Mushrooms seeks to change the way people think about food production and “close the loop” in our urban food system. Through our process, we celebrate Portland’s culture  by collaborating with locally owned breweries, restaurants, and grocery stores to produce a rich and smoky tasting mushroom.
